Revamped in 2019, our bursaries are designed to have a meaningful impact on our providers, and more importantly, your learners. If you have a project to provide additional support, enable learner achievement and/or remove accessibility barriers, we would love to hear from you.

To help our providers support their learners, we select a new theme each year.

For 2025, our theme was ‘Doing Things Differently’ and Southport College was awarded the full bursary (£5,000) for their Access to HE project. Read our announcement here.

Our bursary will reopen for applications in early 2026.

Four women, all wearing white lab coats and lanyards, are standing behind a lab bench with two microscopes on it, facing the camera and smiling. They are in what appears to be a science classroom or lab, with shelves behind them displaying anatomical charts, models, and specimens. A poster titled "Eukaryotic and Prokaryotic Cells" is visible on the far right.
