If you are making a new enquiry, you can apply to become an approved provider by completing the New Provider Form. If you have previously worked with us using the same provider name or email address, please contact us directly at enquiries@openawards.org.uk.

Provider requirements

If you are applying to deliver Open Awards qualifications for the first time, you will need to become an approved provider.

This process is straightforward. We simply require you to submit details of the following:

  • Staffing Requirements (Trainers and IQAs)
  • Resources and Facilities
  • Business and Quality Procedures and Policies
  • Regulatory and Compliance Requirements
