Experienced Worker Assessments (EWAs) are non-regulated assessment pathways designed for learners with significant job experience but without formal qualifications. They provide a direct route to recognition of occupational competence and industry-aligned standards, helping learners validate and showcase their skills straight to employers and the wider labour market.

Providers can offer EWAs as ready-built assessments or work with us to co-design bespoke assessments for specific sectors.
